WHY DO WE HAVE TO STOP SMOKING?
Burning and direct tobacco intake kill more than 8 million people each year. The tobacco epidemic is one of the biggest public health threats the world is facing because it is killing more than 8 million people a year around the world.
Cigarette smoking is the most common form of tobacco use worldwide. Which contains all kinds of toxic elements tobacco-like, cancer-causing toxins and its use increases the risk of cancers of the head, neck, throat, oesophagus and oral cavity.
In some countries, kids from poor households are working in tobacco farming to boost family income. Tobacco growing farmers are also exposed to several health risks, including the “green tobacco sickness”.

We all know cigarettes aren’t as simple as they look. Along with gravely affecting the smoker, it affects the people around too.

Smoking reduces the amount of oxygen that gets to your skin which causes your skin ages to more quickly and it looks grey and dull. Smoking also causes your bones to become weak and stiff.
Smokers have an increased chance of getting stomach cancer and ulcers. Smoking affects the muscle that controls the lower end of your oesophagus.
it also significantly raises the risk of developing kidney cancer.
Smokers are more probable to have strokes which can cause brain damage and even death.
Smoking can increase your chances of developing a bulge in a blood vessel produced by a weakness in the blood vessel wall.
This can rupture or burst which will lead to an extremely serious condition known as a subarachnoid haemorrhage.
Smoking can cause male impotence because it damages the blood vessels that supply blood to the penis. For women, smoking can reduce fertility. It can also increase your risk of cervical cancer.
We don’t understand what it will take for us to understand how important it is to stop smoking. Smoking does nothing good to your body, just a temporary relaxation and the rest is torture, one by one all your organs start to expire.
The reason behind vaping coming into life was to stop people from smoking and to provide them with a better and safer alternative. It’s better to go safe then killing yourself.
We need to understand that we need to stop smoking otherwise we’ll have to say goodbye to this beautiful life.
